Design Consultation – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have adapted how we work so that we are now able to carry out virtual design consultations online, without the need for anyone to visit. Using video conference and screen sharing software our consultations allow you to offer input and feedback as your new dream bathroom is designed with you in real time.
Installation – We have also introduced strict social distancing procedures to keep both our clients and our installers safe throughout the installation. We can arrange contactless access so you won’t need to personally hand over any keys and we can guarantee your safety all the way through.
Supply Chain – With so many different suppliers involved in every project good logistics planning is essential even in normal times to ensure a fast and efficient installation. This is especially so with the additional challenges brought by Coronavirus. Thankfully, our suppliers have stepped up to the plate to ensure that virtually all of our installations have continued throughout the pandemic with little or no interruption.

We start every journey with an initial design consultation.
This is where we get the opportunity to explore every detail of your new bathroom, discussing your thoughts and desires and then, with the latest computer design software bring your ideas to life, right in front of your eyes.
By moving our consultation online, we are removing the need for a face to face meeting. Your designer will start by carefully supervising as they ask you to take measurements of the room. Don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes and should you wish to proceed everything will be thoroughly checked during a pre-installation survey to make sure we haven’t missed anything. We’ll even send you a tape measure. Your designer will then discuss your ideas and inspiration for the new room and talk through the various options.
They will then begin designing your new bathroom in real time using screen share technology, allowing you to see the new design offer feedback and input to your designer as they work.
Once the initial design is completed we will submit a thoroughly detailed and comprehensive quotation for the entire project including all fixtures and fittings and a fully-managed installation. Do bear in mind this is only the initial design and quotation. Should you be interested in proceeding, your dedicated project manager will work with you through a series of further online meetings to refine the design and specification to ensure everything is exactly how you want it. Our fixed prices really do include everything to give you a brand new designer bathroom with minimum effort – ready to use.
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and quotation we will allocate a suitable time for installation that works entirely around your schedule. This way we can ensure there is no close contact required between you and the installation team. Our suppliers are holding good stocks of all our most commonly used fixtures and fittings which has allowed us to reduce lead times for installation to just three or four weeks instead of the usual 6 to 8 week period.
Our expert installation team will work tirelessly to build the bathroom of your dreams. Access to your property will be discussed and established so that the installers do not need to come in contact with you directly. Social distancing measures will be adhered to throughout the installation as far as practicable. We respectfully ask all clients to respect our installers social distancing measures and to co-operate as required in this regard whilst the installation is completed.
Once the installation team has finished, you project manager will visit site to ensure every detail is perfect before handing over your finished bathroom.
