It is essential for franchisees to stay in regular contact throughout the installation process to ensure that clients only ever experience the very best service. Feeding back on progress and discussing any issues reassures and adds value to the relationship. Regular communication eliminates much of the anxiety often associated when undertaking any form of building work.

Regular client contact (usually a text or email once or twice a week just ‘making sure everything is ok’) by the franchisee or their designer is essential in maintaining good client relations and achieving consistent client satisfaction. This is in addition to our own technical quality control inspections which check the integrity of the work being completed to ensure high standards are always maintained.
